    DARK VERDANT!?

@DarkVerdantEmira - No reply to a genuine question? I noticed you use it as your avatar on Instagram too as well as a post - it is the digital image i created for my subsequent painting. When using anyone else's work it is common courtesy and best practice to credit the creator whenever it is...

That is a cracking package for the money, and I wouldn't see 6 years old as any real detriment.

Goodwood Festival of Speed 23-26 June

800 sounds pretty solid Tom. I recently saw some press about it, referring to it as a hyper-SUV - left me surprised there has not been more focus on performance in any of the reviews I've seen, they seem to have been mainly styling and packaging based. If i was at Lotus I'd really be pushing...

Goodwood Festival of Speed 23-26 June

That's a great question, not only am I curious to see the level of enthusiasm for the Eletre, it must be an absolutely key indicator for Lotus going forward as it represents their pivot into EVs.

This is a great car for the gap, it's our rental in Corfu and it's about 4' wide! Over-bonding a definite risk! At the cheaper end of the scale I've always thought the Honda S2000 with its 9000 rpm redline would be a good summer drive, top up or down.

    Le Mans Classic

I've only been to regular Le Mans (back in about 2009) but the info you have shared here @richbrown looks hugely useful for anyone attending the classic, so many really useful tips.

    Jethro addresses 'the review'

Yes, such a nice place to be, puts a smile on your face at any speed! Mine occasionally conks out approaching a junction, a bit like the idle is set too low, more likely an engine management issue. Emira V6 sounds stonking, I've heard it inside the cabin, hard and urgent. Ok it's not an Aston...

    Jethro addresses 'the review'

You are on the money with that one, sterile perfection is admirable but does not make for a long and rewarding relationship! I have a 2009 4.7 manual vantage which i've had for 8 years which I adore but it will have to go to help fund the emira. The body control is poor compared to my 2004 996...

No apology needed, art is subjective and everyone is entitled to their views. By lines, do you mean the headlight and tail-light flare? This was in one of the two images I composited to make this one and a stylistic choice on my part to include it. For me, it adds a bit of life and makes it...

Thank you, I will bear that in mind! Just as a small pointer, the originals take around 50 - 60 hours each and I think my hourly rate should be at least what the local plumber would charge for his time, although on the.upside I don't have a callout charge!

Is it black, shadow or even dark verdant? Whatever it is, you need to keep it in the shade as it has serious overheating problems otherwise!

These are beautifully done @Eagle7 and nicely balanced but I think I lean towards the view that your graphic design skills have produced something more akin to excellent marketing material rather than art to hang on the wall.

You are a mind reader - I'm working on that option right now! I beleive these images suit box canvas well as these are typically left unframed and the composition and style suits an unframed treatment. Prints on fine art paper will be available too.
