The world's first Lotus Emira I4 ECU

You can easily going from 360 to 430 via JB4 with no issue. Id recommend go the easy way. The real merit of Hacked ECU is making your 360 to 470 or more, that's something out of piggybacks capabilities.

JB4 Thread for Lotus Emira AMG i4 (M139 Engine) – Tuning, Setup, Results & Support

Map3/4 got more torque in the mid low range, but eventually gets the same final output in the high rpm, due to the limitations of the fuel you choose. Physically, they are faster than map2, however, might be marginally the same in a practical run of track, because you only use the high end rpm...

Fastest Emira in Real World: V6 Auto?!

Interesting point. If V6 Auto performs pretty well, then It might be a good variant that balances speed/Comfy of I4 and Sound of V6. Plus, there's a 500hp+ mod package awaiting. Sounds promising.

Anyone in the UK reach out to pure tuning?

Emira ECU has been hacked and can be tuned. (Don't ask me the source) For those who are seeking 500hp+, it's a good news. For those who wants just stage-1 power (+60hp), JB4 is actually plenty enough.

12mm spacers, seems a bit much on front

What torque spec should I use when threading the spacer studs + nuts to the hub on an Emira using separate hardware? I hit alerts at around 40 Nm—is that normal or too low?

JB4 Thread for Lotus Emira AMG i4 (M139 Engine) – Tuning, Setup, Results & Support

360bhp I4 after JB4: (using Ron98 aka 93AKI) Map1: +37whp, +36NM Map2: +53whp, +48NM Map3: +56whp, +65NM Map4 above: no test Ron98 is not enough for Map3, the torque difference only works in the low rpm range (3-4.5k rpm) Anyway, now the car is blistering fast, definely worth it.

Is defective injectors very common in Emira now? Is that fuel quality related or just simply the product defection?

That's true, but as an owner of 3 lotus cars, I would say before Lotus could know how to respond to this problem, it will save you lots of time and efforts by knowing how to adapt with the problems. It's just a LOTUS thing.

    Emira i4 with 509hp/633Nm

Just intalled the downpipe and drove back home. Haven't really pushed but slightly reved a little. Quick thoughts: faster throttle response, obviously more torque now (the torque meter clocked to 430NM very early and obviously it's more than the frozen 430NM, I would say 480NM is quite a fair...
