I think you need to come to the evidence you are doing business with a dealership, not with Lotus directly. There is a lot of political behind the scene in every brand. Lotus has no choice to reward dealers that have been supporting the brand and have been performing well in the last few years...

Yes i totally get that, that's why I said somewhere between 10 and 20 depending on how lotus shuffles allocations between dealers (taking into account their ranking/relationship with the constructor) It's a guesstimate, but sounds about realistic.

Great info @GatorMotorsport. I was told the same by my local dealer about the 700 allocations for north america. If you do the math, that should come out at about 10 to 20 allocations by dealer, depending on how Lotus will decide to shuffle the allocations between the dealers.

They are a track tire. I use them on my GT4, they have immense grip, but they don't handle the rain very well at all. Let alone cold temperatures. My GT4 becomes snappy during late Canada fall months (october/november) Are the tire dimensions in the first post confirmed?

personally, I never use the auto revmatch on the streets. Although, when i'm on track and going 220-230km/h, heading into a heavy braking zone, I appreciate having my left foot firmly applying the brakes while not having to handle the gas pedal. It just allows the peace of mind to brake as late...

The configurator shows the black tips when black pack is applied, but the PDF shared by NoFear99 says the upper black pack (roof and mirrors) includes black rear lotus badge and black exhaust tips... Have a look (page 9)...

I'm guessing you are new to the game, you can put a deposit down for any car before the price is announced. I personally know many people that holds deposits for the new Z06, even before the price is announced, same goes for Porsche, had a deposit down for 2 years on a GT4...
