Great topic! When I heard initial price and saw the pic of the blue car I was sold. Then fairly quickly became obv the V6FE would cost more than I’m willing to pay here in SG. Even now with no conf of the I4FE price theres still a chance my deposit would be coming back one day, tho I hope not.

honestly I don’t care which side of the road cars are on since I’ve lived in both continents; only wish ALL manual cars‘ turn signal stalk is on the opp side of the shifter!

With most things, context/use case is important. Where I live, rain sensing wipers is a god send. In the tropics where it can rain on any given day 365 days/yr, and when it does rain, it'll toggle betw "cats and dogs", pitter/patter, very light drizzle, and then EVEYTHING in between, and driving...

The chip is already in the fob, you need it for the start/stop button for the engine which exists in the Emira. All they need is a sensor in the door handle to transmit the radio freq as well so I don’t buy the chip shortage reason

There has to be, look in the owners manual. Usually on the door handle it's hidden under a removable cover, and in my old Audi, inside the cabin look for a key with a wireless symbol. That's where you place the dead fob and depress the brake and start at the same time (or something like that anyway)

yeah I’ve not had to pull my key fob out of the pocket in the last 20 yrs :cautious:

In this day I'd expect blind spot monitoring to be std on all/most cars. Yeah i know with all the other stuff which will come in later (chips shortage etc) but I'm expecting this car's rear or 3/4 visibility to be limited and something to help that would be great!
