I think they have revised the geo since those initial tests as no one else has said anything about it for months…. I certainly couldn’t feel anything on my test drives and im coming from an s2 exige…

Do you think this occurred because it sat at BCA for a time, and the discs then rusted from being wet, then it was moved without care and damaged the pads ? Its happened before on many cars (non Lotus) where discs have rusted too far

Sam can be quite critical if he doesn’t like a car… so to me this is a great review and endorsement of the car…

I defo think it was emissions (remember it doesn't have stop-start which helps) based on a few conversations at Goodwood.. in fact, Would be surprised if that contributed to some of the type approval delays..

I find it interesting that all the journalists have slated the gear change, yet the overwhelming comments on here and on FB are that the gear change is great, and adds character to the driving experience.... Some are out due to seats and other small bits but rarely is it the drivetrain...
