So steering feel of the Corvette is better? I would have to say, "not by a long shot!" At least when I compared that of the 2022 C8 and 2021 Evora GT. The Evora's steering feel is superior.

If you really want an invisible car, get a silver one and be done with it. It would be nice as a complimentary car for an exotic-looking one (like the Emira), but not in place of said Emira, at least IMO.

Whenever you park on a hill or sloped driveway, the front spring compresses and the back decompresses. I'm not a fan of the look but much a fan of metallic flake-enhanced paint. 😏

Yes, indeed. You would need fairly abrasive media to smooth the sharp corners. Uncoated/anodized aluminum would look okay for many years, but may eventually impart a black corrosion-induced substance on your hand. Then again, your skin oil may act as a protective layer of sorts.

If the knob is coated, it may be a bit tricky to polish the external corners of the shift pattern geometry. Should you use wet&dry paper, it would be very difficult to not polish surrounding areas, as well. Ideally, entire knob would be grit-blasted, although you would have to grit-blast the...

When I was renting the 2019 McLaren 570S, I'd pull up to a Mustang or Camaro on the highway, check out the fender gaps, then rocket away. I was having fun AND checking out car profiles. 😄

However, eye level when viewed by those seated in cars (not trucks or SUVs) is much lower than at standing height. Often times, I am in my car when I see a sportscar on the road.

I was replying to the post(s) that expressed worry that lowering the ride height to reduce the fender gap would compromise the ride on the street. My point is that you can have a better-looking side profile without a harsh ride.

Some of us could be priced right out of the market. :oops:
