What is the difference in thickness between these sway bars and oem? Also how much extra adjustibility will the rod ends offer? The toe links I am guessing are just stronger than stock?
Surprised that there isn't much difference between SS and Cup2. I was contemplating switching from SS to AD09 (a lot cheaper than Cup2) or SportContact 7 to keep some street drivability in the wet and longer life.
Is there somewhere where we can see a detailed service schedule? ie everything that the dealer is supposed to do/check/replace at every service interval? I want to provide my own consumables (oils etc) so want to buy these ahead of time when I book in a service.
Seems a bit odd that the vendor has not replied to any of these comments and there is little to not activity from them on this forum since they initially advertised their products (although they are a supporting vendor). Nothing against them personally - I have their track pads but am now...
Has anyone used tire temperatures (measures using an infrared thermometer before and after sessions) to determine optimal tyres pressures or alignments issues? I currently lower the tyres pressures so that the pressure is as per OEM spec straight after the session (hot) and also use tyre chalk...
RB pads are bit less dusty than stock pads (wheels are ceramic coated) but squeaks a lot under low speed braking when cold (street driving) despite having followed the recommended break-in process from RB. Will see how they perform on the track next month.
Yep, AD09 isn't available in Australia (AFAIK) in the correct sizing but A052 is available. Hopefully that means eventually we will get the AD09 as well
Any recommendations for a Cup 2 alternative (can't justify the cost) that is available in Emira sizing? Probably something from the Super or Endurance 200s from here
I fully agree that being secure in the seat is safer than airbags. Unfortunately the cops won't even think twice, will be an instant defect, any insurance claims will be denied and won't be possible to pass the registration inspection every year
@Steve Tillett would you ever consider making seats with airbags fitted? For those of us in Australia, we can't legally swap the stock seats since it comes with airbags
