The remote has 3 buttons, fully open, fully closed or factory, it stays in whichever you leave it in for the next start up unless you change it. The Greta valve is nannying a lot of the noise. On the fence weather to do a 3rd cat delete

The Greta valve isn't fully open all.yhe time even in Track so yiu get a lot more low down drama and noise flexibility

If lotus are to be believed the Emira should be a chunk faster than the Evora 400 round there. I suspect it would be.

So much better when you can just keep the valves open all the time. The Milltek valve controller is highly recommended

20min, undo the first two rows of bolts on the diffuser so about 10 if them. Un clips from the gloss black bit and gives you just enough room to fit the controller to the valve and tie wrap it up between the heat shield and the back of the number plate mount.

Milltek valve controller is the best £250 you'll spend, start up theater and more low down rumble. All the noise without needing to be in track if its wet and you want stability on etc. I've gotba few quick videos I'll upload but I'm off to Spain for a few days tomorrow so will try and get some...

Sorry not much help as they didn't say where. The car idles fine normally though. I'll try and get more info when I'm back in touch with the dealer. From a thread on Facebook though it seems lotus are aware of the issue and they'll be an update "soon" I do wonder if the cause may be something...

Mine does it, I'm on about 1700mls, just done it again immediately after washing (not noticed this before but might be a correlation). One thing I've not heard anyone say is that when it does it brings up the yellow engine management warning, anyone else get this? Some times it clears itself...

That will depend if its live with the ignition off, my porsche was but my Ferrari wasn't.

Yep, had the internals modified on my oem exhaust today (it's basically the same now as the supersprint apparently) and it's amplified this, even in track the valve doesn't full open until around 5k rpm. At which point it sounds epic but I'd like more low down drama

100% can not agree with that, the back is stunning, rear ¾ my favourite view Judging by some of the you tube reviews and especially this Lotus have done the Emira dirty by abandoning marketing on it

Yes scatt mentioned something about that on my collection back in March when I mentioned I might swap to the black badges. I wondered if it would be just FE with yellow. (I will certainly hang on to mine)
