There are whispers that the car won't be carb certified until March. Sticker or not, I guess we'll find out by the end of Jan.

Why would you need a carb sticker on a car if its already verified in all 50 states. Carb sticker are usually reserved for aftermarket parts. If you can sell a car, then there is no need to prove that its “carb” verified. Seems line window dressing.
