I want to add that even on semi-warm startups, the engine seldom stays above 1000RPM to build temperature like most cars will. I do think it's either a sensor malfunction or a mapping issue.

It is not the battery. I changed my battery to a brand new one as I was having some low voltage issues kicking up some warning lights, but the cold start stalling issues continue. I'm bringing it to the dealer tomorrow and hopefully they can figure it out. I also have the TPMS light flash up...

Mine just happens every time I leave the car overnight. I just put in a brand new battery, so I know that’s not the problem.

Seems like a lot of issues are battery related. Wonder if there is a battery-drain issue that's plaguing the Emira. Has anyone noticed quicker-than-normal battery drain on their cars?

Maybe I need a stronger battery.

I had something similar happen to me today and actually “bricked” my car from starting. Try disconnecting the battery for 5 minutes and reconnecting to see if the warnings will go away.
