Its probably not the issue but the floor mat retainers can be really fiddly to get in place, You need to get them in just the right position before you can turn them to click into position otherwise they don't go in properly. As I say probably not your issue but mentioning it just in case.

That ties in with what I was told by a dealer when I test drove the Emira in early 2025. I assumed that they weren't selling many Eletres but he said they were selling about twice as many Eletres as they were selling Emiras. He didn't sound very happy about that either. :unsure:
