I spoke with CC in the week on the online chat on the Lotus website and asked about the auto box and all I got back was they had no further reason to believe that there would be further delays and to expect a call in the next few weeks to arrange the final payment and delivery. Problem is none...

What would you go up to for delivery miles? Some say anything over 45 miles and the car isnt new, that still seems high to me.

None of this information has been announced as yet it’s only being advised but from what I’m being told we should expect it across the range. Funny you say that thou as I read that somewhere else that it might be just the turbo. Apologies I know I’m going off topic.

I have a deposit down for the 992 gen 11 for sometime in 2024 and they have told me to expect another 7k on top of that minimum as is it will be hybrid. Ouch 🤕

I know this might sound ridiculous but Lotus know what they doing (lol)when it come to the next move of the base model. The price is only going one way like everything else and they will wait until there are plenty of FE cars on the road before releasing the base car price, by that time the car...

That is a difficult one I’m not so sure the saving will be significant enough to justify jumping to a base model. I think the FE could prove an absolute bargain with Lotus promise to stick with the original price. I think Tom mentioned on another thread that we shouldn’t expect to see the base...

I guess that’s what they are doing and yes it makes sense as they clearly now need the revenue, but it just frustrates me how they can get it so wrong, I think im angry in anticipation of being let down again this month. BTW that’s nothing against anyone in Europe if they have jumped the queue...

I think you are right most customer cars will be delivered December into 2023, there may be a few lucky punters who get their cars before but not many. I’m an V6 autobox and still being told October build November delivery, if that happens I promise to run around the Lotus factory naked but...
