Yes Tom..... I feel if there is a second shift...... they should be working along side the old Lotus staff, team building..... and try and not make the 2nd shift up of new staff only..... Can end up with us and them feeling..... seen it happen at place i worked

The Uk is a mess of working practices...... When working as night shift maintenance.... we did four 12 hour shift, and had a long weekend. Other companys I have worked with as hydraulic engineer, would do 5 day weeks 8-5 ..... this coved companys pressing out stainless steel sink.... steel...

I know its not totaly right place to ask this.... but when prodution starts ..... will they be working weekends to optimise production ..... try and get ahead of things ? I do hope they are at least training the second shift along side the 1st shift ?

Nice..... was looking at this.... kind of brought one back in the day... till I tried to test ride one.... and 3 test ride bikes off road.... something to have a play on.... but as partener said.... my back goes sitting on sofa at night... what would i be like on a bike :eek::oops: so brought...

Nope....... nothing does look as good as the EMIRA...... But the MP4-12C has its merits :)
