Finally delivered today! Traded my R8 for this plus a nice check in return. 900 miles, 1 owner 2020 GT350R. It's about 25° today, so a quick run up and down the road on cold Cup2's was a bit of a joke 🤣. Sound is unreal, happy to finally have a manual transmission car again and my tall-ass...

Well, I purchased this rear wheel drive special edition 2018 R8. It is so fast, amazing sounding and eye-catching, however.... I just cannot get it so my head isn't touching the ceiling, which is a pet-peeve, and as much as people said "you won't miss the manual transmission" with the DCT...

I looked at them, but no dealers within 6 hours of me, so not a chance. Beautiful car!

He is talking within the first 2,000 miles (I am guessing). Anyone having zero problems in the first 2k miles? After 10k miles or more, sure, things can happen in any sports car.

There is merit to it, though. There are people on here with an Emira that have never posted, so many others are reading/lurking they have not yet purchased. Word travels quickly online, which is why it's shocking Lotus isn't handling this better.

Hard to beat a 7 year powertrain warranty and a large dealer network 👌🏽 Certainly not as pretty as an Emira, but will probably not spend much time in the shop from the sounds of things.
