Lotus is ghosting everyone like Gen Z...

On older Mazda V6 engines this would develop over time, was from a faulty fuel pressure regulator that wouldn't hold pressure after the car was off for a while. Not sure how the Emira is setup in that regard.

Welcome to the dark side of Emira forums. Once you hit the tipping point of being a little too critical of the car/manufacturer/design/quality then people treat you differently.

How else do you think Chevy gets the new Z06 approved or Ford get the GT500 without all of these issues?

If it was engaged halfway it wouldn't be as much of a load on the engine as if it was engaged all the way. I also don't think that if it's engaged during startup that it would be enough to make it stall or have a hard time, he's not that much load from an AC compressor. It could make it weird...

Just saying that bringing it from 360 horsepower up to over 400 will put it ahead of the V6 with no trouble due to the characteristics of that particular engine and the DCT transmission

With a tune it would outrun the V6, probably fun, too, but many will want the manual transmission and nicer sound.

Thinking wiring harness issue like others have encountered...

There used to be a product that was similar to a tube of silicone, and you just filled in the voids in the mounts. You could choose the hardness level (durometer) depending on how stiff you wanted them. Not sure if that is still around.

Try turning things on (button on, but not trying to start), then off a couple of seconds, then try to start. See if that primes the fuel pump. There is oftentimes a check valve type thing that keeps the pressure up after the vehicle is turned off, at least it was that way on some older...

I had a dream last night I picked up a new Emira from the factory, 2 miles into the trip home, the shifter broke, like the actual shift lever just snapped off 😄 Hope that doesn't happen to anyone.

Hold nozzle pointed at the sky, then once over the filler hole, slowly rotate downwards with nozzle tip pointed toward it, then drips will go into filler instead of anywhere else.
