True. With the milltek in OEM mode, you can isolate the wine. When in open mode, you isolate the exhaust.

If you have a 3rd cat delete and milltek, the shipper charger wine increase is pretty minimal tbh. I remember when I got an intake for my Evora GT and the sound got dramatically better but oh well. I guess you can’t really got good exhaust sound + super charger wine. Needs to be one or another

Say it ain’t so! I had this issue on my Evora GT where the carpets would get damp. Lotus had to replace the window cheater seal to try to remedy the issue.

I think the Emira seats are easily the weakest part of the Emira. The seats I just flat and blah. I get why they did it, but if they are trying to sell a sports car, the seats should have definitely been more bolstered.

Question for those who have done their oil change on their Emira. The bigger 10mm bolts tighten up nice and tight, but I’ve noticed that none of the 7mm ones do. You guys experience this? It’ll get somewhat tight but not like 10mm ones do. I’m sure it’s more than adequate but wanted to see if...

Agreed the pour hot water over it to see if it heals it. If not, the ppf did it job. Everytime you go out for a drive you might get another nick so it’ll become VERY costly to keep replacing the ppf. After the first one it’ll get easier to live with and then after several nicks you can replace...

Yup there is likely a software issues that doesn’t allow the car to start until the software “connects to the mothership”.

Nah, all you need are ramps to back the car up onto. It’s tougher, but still do able for sure.

So lotus being a bad company definitely does not surprise me LOL but if the company goes under (and is not bought by another company), what happens to our manufacturer warranty? Parts availability? (Eg body panels etc, not the Toyota parts)

So interest enough I found the dot4 that lotus uses per the manual (pentosin super dot4). Looks like it’s about standard fluid for daily/autocross but looks like a few members have been able to use it on track without upgrading the fluid.
