The huge black shut line on the bonnet bugs the hell out of me… it’s impossible to unsee!

There were reports stating i4 emiras (at least those coming to China) will come with essential ADAS hardware when delivered but not functional. ADAS function will be available later via software update. On another note when you guys mention ADAS you mean the car automatically adjust speed...

No this is not dealer branding but a trademark dispute here in China for the lotus name. So it has to be added.

I wouldn’t read too much into details like ride height. It’s a show car without an engine may not be even built in hethel.

From what the nimbus behaved on the flowform we know with artificial warm light it can be very warm you can even say it’s champagne or gold, yet when shined with a phone torch or brought under bright sunlight the travel becomes dramatically larger and most gold/champagne gone.

If I recall correctly engine on sl43 has an electric turbo thus not the same as m139 on emira. Maybe it’s to get a more linear driving experience for the GT that sl43 is.

I just noticed the front shut line right behind the Lotus emblem appears much wider than that of the show car‘s. It may be because it's now a openable piece thus needs wider margin and a rubber seal. :(
