I was an Aug 2 deposit with them and was told in the 80s, so I don't know how he could be late August and in the 60s. FWIW I did make the cut and I believe all FE orders are locked in at this point unless someone drops.

Hmm my email didn't have that picture attached, only a Magma car in it. That said, Lotus customer service 'confirmed' that the car in those pictures is DV. I put confirmed in quotes because they've given incorrect info in the past.

Discouraging seeing all these. Aug 2 deposit in the US, pretty much been told I'm SOL for a FE, should be in the first round of bases but that's looking like further and further into 2023 as days go by

Like MJW said we're all getting conflicting info. I was told I was low 80s with them earlier on, and 2 weeks ago "there's a small chance you'll make the cut for fe and get a car before the end of the year." Now knowing they're selling FE slots for a markup, looks like there'll be no slipping...

Did they proactively reach out or did you inquire? I think I put my deposit down the same day as you and I've been having to push for any info
