Not for street, it's a full race car underneath. Aside from the fuel filler window there are only 3 parts that separate any street Emira from this one visually - the wing, splitter, and vented bonnet panel (and wheels / tires). Jubu Performance sells all 3.

These listings just sound like a database thing. Dealers add all inventory to their system and that auto-populates the engines. From the dealer's perspective it doesn't hurt to get inbounds on an unavailable car, they can convert that person to an order.
