Agreed on Jenson. I don’t think Lotus could have picked a better brand ambassador than Button. Seems like a genuinely sweet guy, knows his stuff. I was hoping he was going to take over Top Gear back in the day, never happened.

Visited Nissan today and their new Ariya comes in a color called “Northern Lights” that’s very verdant-esque. It looks black in the shade, but green in direct sun and as an added twist will shift to purple at an angle. Very cool color.

Are they waiting for compliance modification, or have they already had the modification at the factory and are just waiting for back-logged re-certification?

I’m a big fan of grey on grey. Nimbus is a color that rides that line between classy and sporty. This is subtle, which keeps it classy. Picked this one because the Porsche is also wearing a bit of Lotus yellow which really works here IMO.

The Evija configurator has a livery selector. The shape is close enough to generate some ideas.

Does anyone know where these North American test cars are currently? Are the dealers sitting on them? Did they send them to get certified or crash tested or did they ship them to another country? I would fly anywhere in the country to take another test drive this weekend.
