Funny enough I just got a letter from Mercedes today about this (related to my 2012 model year), which includes numerous models going all the way back to 07 stating they’re extending the warranty on the rear subframe to 20 years!

Say they haven’t heard anything about FE 2.0 yet and they might get 5. The allocations are perplexing as it’s among the dealerships that has the most deposits I think over 300 right now and had over 25 before 2021 Goodwood, but only got 12 FE 1.0s.

Did not confirm anything related to F/E 2.0 and said with F/E 1.0 they gave everyone some time to put in their order, reiterated they expect 5 cars a month once they start getting deliveries.

I don’t think you have an order…Gentry hasn’t even taken orders for #15 on their list which would be pre July 2021 deposit. They’ve maybe taken orders for the 10 FE allocations they got, beyond #10 or 12 on their list it’s a base edition and I don’t think they’ve began to fill out order sheets...
