I really love the Caterham’s digital instrument cluster emulating analog speedometer and tachometer. That’s something I wish Lotus had designed for Emira.

Thanks @GRP. It wouldn’t bother me too much to use 6 mm on the OEMs. Didn’t think it would be so difficult finding 5s and 7s that fit Emira.

@Time2Fly I’m also getting aftermarket wheels with offsets ET52 front / ET47 rear and will need spacers for the OEM wheels to match their offset. Have you had any luck finding off-the-shelf 5mm and 7mm spacers (with CB 68.1 and 5 x 114.3) in North America? @GRP I can’t find spacers in the spec...

There are several security lock nuts available on the market to choose from with varying effectiveness. I’m curious, has anyone had experience with Advanced Wheel Locks? Has anyone heard of wheels being stolen that had them on? I’ve been Googling and searching other car forums for anecdotal...

@GRP I was thinking shorter, but thanks to a visual confirmation on lug bolt length from @JonFuller, I think your 66 mm set will do nicely. I was basing my calculations on a 25.4 mm thread length. Difficulties of modding a car without actually having one. Thanks @JonFuller for those pictures...

As far as I know, there’s no difference between the FE 1 and FE 2 side badges.

I’m also interested in knowing the thread length. I will be converting to wheel studs and it would help me calculate what stud lengths will work with different offsets. Appreciate you checking this out for us.

I had my dealer correct it from “no” to “yes”. I’m grateful that I had a heads up from this forum, since quite a few others seemed to run into this problem. I was told build month is April, but I’m obviously not holding him to it. I’m well aware of past delays.

You are correct. Having it checked means no privacy glass. I think part of the problem is with Lotus’s inconsistency with how they handle this option on their public website and in their internal communications (dealer order submission website), and maybe on the factory floor, too. On the web...
