This is exactly what I’m planning to do, too. Are you able to advise what bolt size (I’m going to guess M6?), and length? Do you know roughly how many bolts are fastening the undertray (pieces) to the car?

I see. Is your mesh plastic or (painted or powder coated) steel? Do you have a circular hexagonal mesh that would match the OEM mesh, instead of the elongated hexagons?

You are not wrong that dissimilar metals such as titanium on aluminum could be prone to galling. There are methods to mitigate galvanic corrosion such as using anti-seize. Most titanium fasteners we’re using are also PVD coated, which is highly durable and acts as a thin passivating layer...
