    Emira i4 with 509hp/633Nm

The exhaust valve has a calibration procedure. It can only be done using Lotus diagnostic software. It’s very quick. Once the select the correct diagnostic screen, they start the process, it opens and closes the valve, job done, it’s found it open/closed points. The I4 OEM has a valve...

    Emira i4 with 509hp/633Nm

The exhaust valve is super sensitive on the I4 Emira. After I had my exhaust valve recalibrated (Ti Aerie Exhaust and Aerie Spirts Cat), I’ve not had any more CEL. It also seemed to sound better too.

Free Lowering with factory setting VS. GRP lowering kit

Hard to say for sure, but from my experience, there is definitely more chance to get a little vibration after adding the (hub centric) spacers. I don’t have the tools these days to swap wheels, so I’m typically relying on others and they ain’t gonna be dotting the i’s/crossing the t’s, as it...

Water leaking onto resistor pack in front bonnet

My car had this done quite some time back. I seem to remember they contacted me to come in and get a couple of updates/recall items done. Best to get it done.

    Emira Turbo exhausts

I’ve got an Aerie I4 Ti Exhaust (V1 apparently) and the Aerie Sports Cat. I was getting issues with the exhaust valve errors, but I managed to get it recalibrated in the dealer and it has resolved the CEL. Actually the exhaust valve looks to be properly aligned to match OEM, so the tolerance...

    UPGRADE TURBOCHARGER - TTE560 5655 AMG M139

I expect it can be tuned the same way the AMG A45S is tuned. It’s not easy, but it is possible.

Help with offset and colour choice on Aerie V2 Wheels

I think your wheel specs are ok. You’ve pushed the rears out equivalent to 15mm rear spacers. With a more stretched tyre, it should help with clearance (not that there would be a problem anyway). Do you think the wider rims will improve handling, or this is more for the look? What wheel colour...

Help with offset and colour choice on Aerie V2 Wheels

I ordered a set of Aerie V2 rims (beginning of November) in the size: Front: 9x20 ET 51, Rear: 11x20 ET 45 and will mount original 245 & 295 tires. My Emira is lowered with the Öhlins chassis from JUBU about 30mm !! I'm curious when the rims will come and whether that fits !! I was also...

Help with offset and colour choice on Aerie V2 Wheels

No, the I4 sport can be lowered around 10mm by moving the circlip on the shocks. Not a big drop, but it’s noticeable.

Help with offset and colour choice on Aerie V2 Wheels

As per the subject, I’m trying to decide what offset to go with on a set of Aerie V2 rims. That’s my favourite style they offer I think. Currently running 12mm spacers all round. Standard spec is: Front: 8.5x20 ET 57 (ET45 with Spacers) Rear: 10.5x20 ET 54 (ET42 with spacers) The current setup...

    Anybody purchase wheels from Aerie?

Myself along with many others are running 12mm spacers on standard rims. At standard height I’d say 10mm front, 12mm rear is about flush. With any lowering, you can increase to maybe 12mm front, 15mm rear to be flush.

    Emira i4 with 509hp/633Nm

how much power does Ryan make on his car? I saw his video, he’s running 2.4bar boost (versus standard 2bar), so what has he changed to do that?

    Emira i4 with 509hp/633Nm

I got a very good deal on some used parts, including an Aerie Ti exhaust, sports cat and dump valve. It’s a V1 exhaust apparently. Everything seems ok now, after some minor teething issues.

    Emira i4 with 509hp/633Nm

It wasn’t supposed to be 500hp, with just the race chip, that was alongside some exhaust and inlet changes too. Not saying their numbers are real or accurate, but those changes should provide some descent gains even if the gains are a bit less than claimed. My I4 is definitely faster after...

What’s your latest victory with your Emira??

Got the exhaust valve calibrated (wasn’t so easy to get the dealer to do it) after upgrading to an Aerie Ti Exhaust and sports cat on my I4. No more ECL, it sounds much better and feels quicker too. My OCD doesn’t like lights on the dash, so good to get that sorted

    Aerie Ti Emira exhaust installation

I managed to drop the undertray and inspect the exhaust valve over the weekend. The valve was actually offset by circa 45deg, relative to the exhaust valve motor (as it should be and my earlier assumption that it wasn’t offset, was wrong). I was getting ECL errors, so I suspect that even though...

Lowering question for GRP (and any others)

The Eventuri Emira has rather sunken looking wheels when you see it on video(IMO). The Emira is fine at standard height with stock offset, but definitely looks better with some spacers, once lowered.

We have a couple of daily cars, a Tesla Model 3 Performance that does most of the daily stuff and a 10yo Audi A6 which gets used occasionally. The Emira is my WE car, but since I got my new Track Toy, I’ve not used it much. The dedicated track car is great, fast, light and easy on consumables...

    Spacers anybody?

there is nothing wrong or bad about a non concentric spacer (I believe the proper term is a shim for this type, but I might be totally wrong) so long as they are slim enough so that you can still use the original centre bore (I believe up to circa 6mm on the Emira). A hubscentric spacer is...

    Front end lift

I thought I read somewhere that the KW lift kit isn’t compatible with the KW suspension for the Emira (but I may be completely mistaken). Have you confirmed that their HLS system is available on the Emira?
