They don't necessarily need to say i4, just not say V6. As I posted a few posts back it looks like the i4s will just show up on the system as "Lotus Emira First Edition", which follows how Lotus refer to the cars, only the V6 gets an engine designation in the model name (eg on the emira specs page)

That's one reason I'm happy that Topaz are able to collect my car from Lotus Bradford and return it there after PPF before I collect it, yes it will delay me getting the car by a week or so, but that way the PPF install time gets hidden in the overall multi year wait for the car!
