Definitely has not passed. It’s here to stay. I personally love the zinc grey look on the Emira with the black pack, black wheels, and red calipers. Unreal. 😍

This is often the issue with high-reving engines. Great fun in the twistys or the track, but really hard to have a good time just driving around town.

Looks great even when it's covered in dirt. Great to see real-world pictures next to other cars, too. Really helps give a sense of size for us poor Canadians who haven't been able to see a model in person yet. Also extremely useful for us because this is what the Emira will look like all winter...

But again--isn't the Lotus going for driver purity? I'm not interested in most of these "features" that budget cars have. I want a decent engine, in a good looking, rare car, that's manual, that's a nice place to sit. More features and add-ons would actively take away from the Emira for me.

I actually think the lowering effect of the black pack is even stronger on the yellow than the blue car. Looking at r yellow car in Shanghai confirmed that. This car really shines in the lighter colours.

I don’t agree with him about the car being old underneath the exterior. Apart from the older V6, everything about it is new, chassis included.

I find the use of spacers to be quite annoying. It’s the deliberate misrepresentation of a product they’re trying to sell.

When you say the roofline is “quite high,” how high are we talking? Does it ruin the “junior super car” vibe?
