    I have one of the 0 ppm water filters which means you do not need to dry the car, the pure water does not leave any stains so it makes washing a car much easier.

    Have you read the manual re washing!!!! " Handwashing Lotus recommends that your vehicle is only washed by hand. CAUTION: Automatic car washers and jet washers may damage the paint finish. Damage caused by using them will not be covered under the terms of the vehicle warranty. Oooooooops

    Are you sure Lotus use some sort of Escrow system, even though Lotus Financial Services are an FCA regulated company?

    On my Evora 400 and 410 GT sports the navigation system displayed the speed limits, as you say with updated data and also changed colour if you exceeded the limit, it also changed to kph automatically when in Europe. I think the Emira system looks like it has gone back to the 1900s!!!!!!!!

    I pick my Magma Emira up on Monday too, I have insured it with Admiral Multicar with my other 2 cars, policy renews on 20th August and prorata cost was £217 which I think is good and no tracker required.

    That's my big worry, what is wrong with the car and how much trouble will I have with it. My first Evora 400 spent months off the road in its first 6 months and it wasn;t until I asked for my money back that Lotus sent 2 engineers to fix it, it took them 2 days.

    I had an ID email and followed that up with a call because I had nothing to say it had gone through. I then rang them several times and was told everytime the car was in PDI and I would hear within a few days, last call I made was 22nd December.

    In November I was repeatedly told build was going on and started checkout on 21st told December delivery, from 25th November I was told car was at PDI and all through December told the same. I last spoke to Customer Services 22nd December and told I would hear sooooooon, guess what, NOTHING.
