There should be a base mf. I was told the mf is .00433 /3years and that's what lotus bank wants. But if we can have the base MF then buyer can haggle close to it

Spoke to Boardwalk, they have 16 Emiras currently and 5 more coming in today. More than half of them have A/C issue not blowing cold. They now have 20 resistors ordered from Lotus to replace them. They would initially blow cold but after test driving them, they found most of them starts blowing...

Mine should be on the next ship but maybe they should hold out till they clear the port. Many F.E. 1.0 depositors and early cars that arrive pre carb approval seems to be pushed in the back. In my opinion seems unfair when the trucks are just loading the cars at front that just arrived

You guys have any idea what estimated residual value of the Emira? My dealer hinted over around 70%. But wont know the final number till they get their first vehicle shipped out. I might be interested leasing it if residual value is good. Can always buy it at end or get out of it if too many issues
