Been lurking here for a month or so awaiting my car, learning from you all. Thanks for all the great info!
Just got my new Hethel Yellow V6 Manual 2025 about 10 days ago and have already put about 500 miles on it. We've been having an epicly beautiful spring and the curvy country roads here demand nightly road testing. Here's a couple pix of mine. And if it's of interest, I weighed it. Figure 250 pounds of driver and gas, and it's right at 3,200 pounds. Amazingly fun car!

One of my favorite cars in one of my favorite part of the country. Stunning on both counts.

Just south of you in Reno. Congrats on your new ride. You made a great choice for a new car. 👍
No business association, but I would suggest if you are thinking of doing some light mods, Greg’s Race Parts is a great resource for Emira owners. I got a few mods from him including the cat delete, Miltek exhaust valve controller, and cold air intake. These really transformed the feel of the car.

Thanks! I need to check out your posts on what you think of those mods in detail. Because I jumped into the GRP pond about the day I got the car. Just finished the button mod last night:

And while I was on the GRP site I figured I'd throw in this $45 wiper fluid cap and see if it caused bad reflections...

Which I'm pretty sure Greg is selling as the $1 Costco hot dog because A) it doesn't reflect and B) This cap really needs that $900 carbon fiber surround to properly frame it...
And down the rabbit hole we go! I enjoy the DIY modding. Part of the fun!

Happy to answer any specific questions on the upgrades that you have.
I live about 45 min from GRP Warehouse Shop. Being this close and a stand up guy, he installed the parts for me.

From my understanding, the installation of the parts is not that hard. Car lift helps but can be done without.

1. GRP cold air intake
-his generic equivalent to some name brand cold air intakes that he sells.
-Same Dyno results but less $.

2. Cat delete
-extra metal pipe installed in exhaust system -> bypasses 3rd cat converter-> exhaust deeper and I think some +hp.

3. Miltek Valve Controller
-mods the exhaust valve so that it can be controlled manually as opposed by car when changing drive modes..
-has a included key fob where you can change exhaust from full open -> loud deep throat exhaust sound versus allowing stock exhaust valve opening being controlled by car.
-between 1-3 -> I think there is 15-20 hp gain and with Miltek valve open -> v8 deep throat exhaust sound c/w v6 more high pitched exhaust sound.

4. Wheel spacers/wheel stud modification
-gives a nice more aggressive look to the car
-wheel stud modification -> changes studs from Euro set up to USA style. Makes it easier to change tires if you do that on your own.

5. Change out Lotus front and wheel badges -> different look (black/gray).

6. Engine Bay Carbon Fiber Appearance Mod -> several carbon fiber choices.
-easy installation.

7. Windshield Water Cap
-you already did this 👍

Hope this helps you 😎

Oh man that CF surround looks amazing... and that cat delete sounds interesting. Something tells me this forum is gonna be expensive!
