When I booked my second service with Lotus in Bristol I was asked to bring my spare keys with me for the batteries to be replaced, I didn’t know that was part of the second year service but was pleased it was.

I took out the 3 year service plan for £1200 when I bought the car,( it was an option )I thought it was a no brainier at the time, costs always go up. The fob batteries were changed at no extra cost to myself 🤗 The only thing i ve paid for are tax and insurance and fuel in the 2 years and 4...

Both the key fob and scorpion tracker fob batteries were replaced as part of the second year service 🙂

How does the Sat Nav update, Is it updating it’s self or does it have to be dealer updated, Or can it be something I can do. I don’t know if this as been asked before so apologies if I am repeating a question already asked.
