Spotted a DV in the Forest of Dean today, the first I’ve see out and about. The wife said ‘what a silly looking car” so I know I’ve made the right choice ordering mine 👍
Has anyone managed to get the ‘change my configuration’ function to work? I get directed to an empty white screen. I’ve tried my phone, laptop and work PC all with the same result. I also called customer services but they’re unable to help until Monday. Any help appreciated! Ta
Also received the email. Configuration was very wrong, even after I spoke to customer services last year and they emailed me a “corrected” config that would be loaded into the system. Glad I checked properly!
I’ve given it a few days reflection and decided to keep my order. I’m not due delivery until Q2 ‘24 at best so will keep an eye out for used cars and base spec & price before committing. I’m not sure I need all the bells and whistles in an FE. Plus, who knows, prices might drop by then….
Just watched the video again, there’s a clear commitment that increased costs will not be passed on; “the price you were quoted will be the price you pay for your emira”.
While I fully appreciate that supply, logistics and production costs have increased, in my opinion, a commitment should stand.
I’m a late depositor for an i4FE (April 2022) so I assume I’m in line for the price rise. Will have a look for alternatives at the weekend as it’ll save a year waiting and potentially further rises I guess. I thoroughly enjoyed the test drive though so I’m really not sure!
Very much still in; DV i4 due in Q2 2024. Had a quick look over the Rybrook Bristol demonstrator a couple of weeks back and test drive in a V6 manual arranged for mid February. Would be nice to know I can get it down my steep driveway mind!
