I had no issues at all. I didn't remove the under tray so can't speak to that but they completed the water diverter TSB, changed the oil and loaded the latest software. Car was ready when they said it would be. No real complaints about the service.

Eurocar/Lotus of OC was $538 for first service and oil change...
