Me too....going in Wed for some updates and will test drive with tech on dash creak. Other poster stated removal of dash identified 3 out of 4 dash point mounting rubber boots were absent.....so much for hand made, give me the robots.

Just to add here and I believe this was a knock on the early dct software. If you hold downshift paddle it'll grab the lowest possible gear allowing for a 2 gear downshift. Earlier software, as I've read, wouldn't allow that.

I had no idea about the paddle option until I stumbled across Lotus F1 video online.....it's a pretty cool option but since the most recent dct update, I bang into 1st gear super quick with the lever - feels a bit more positive imo

My last update cleaned up the gear selection dance and shift speed. Im pretty much good as is but will welcome any improvement.....barring just a few quality niggles, this car with jb4 is approaching driving perfection imo. I never expected to put so many miles on it but can't keep myself out...

"are you refering to the transmission update everyone is waiting for or is this something new?" Whatever updates were made to the 26 model is the one ready to be distributed. It was suppose to be an August release per lotus but delayed due to cost liability - that's the way is was explained to...

Fyi... Spoke with lotus engineering and there's a dct software update waiting for release. Its the current version in the 26 car. Lotus is trying to figure who will pay for it, the customer as an update or Lotus as a retro fit. Im told within next couple of months. I doubt we get notice...

After the jb4 install, my tuner took it out and was completely blown away losing traction at highway speeds ....she's fast with real visceral impact. And to think the turbo variant was considered the base model, lol

I believe disconnecting battery for jb4 install triggered error.....it hasn't returned
