Car manufacturer can’t make a car that’s suitable for rain?
It’s one thing having a bad batch of items from a supplier but entirely another if you can’t sort the issue out after a number of years and when it’s costing the business 100’s of thousands of pounds.
So what was all the talk about revised doors, without a bar, with a painted rear etc.? Are we saying that 3 years in Lotus still can’t fix the issue? It doesn’t effect all cars, so surely they can work out why?
Just saw a post on the Emira Facebook page. Someone who had their doors replaced due to paint bubbling at the start of the year, has now found bubbling on the replacement doors!
Anyone got Matt Windle’s email address? We could e-bomb him! I’ve tried twitter/X by adding @mattwindle but he doesn’t appear to have an account. I’ve tried linking him in on YouTube and Facebook, but I don’t think either of those work and of course sending him a letter doesn’t work either...
Sorry to hear of another owner with issues. Maybe we should get a group together and go on a hunger strike outside the offices in Hethel. I’d say blockade the entrance, but we don’t have any cars to block it with!
