FYI - Stock rear glass has the same black outlines if you don't have the privacy glass. Also, the gaps around the glass are pretty much the same as this new design.

I am 6'3" and 210lbs with 34 waist, 34 length pants. B10XL fits like it was made for me. Also, as Steve mentioned, added clothing like a thick sweater or jacket changes fitment. Love the fitment of mine and would not want the smaller size at all.

My bass is "ok" until my windows are open, then it sounds blown.
