The very same Jamie told me 10mm. :) It's all kinda subjective anyway because, as you say, factors like padding materials will influence things, regardless of mounting height. Gonna need to sit in one and play around with the adjustability, including recline, to know for sure.

I wonder if @TomE can reach out to Lotus and get a definitive answer here because the concerns about seat height, the range of any adjustability, and the driving position available, are very genuine and understandable ones. Production has started, things may have changed since the Prototype...

Just received a call to advise September delivery being brought forward to August but that there would be no improvement on that. (Deposit paid 11 July)

I've just had a call from Lotus to advise that my delivery date has been moved forward from September to August. I mentioned the confusion and concern about the seat height and was advised that they would be lowered by 10mm (compared to the roadshow car) and not by the 20mm we were told to...

Ditto this as the comment suggested a choice was / would be available. I can't recall there being an option to choose a specific type of seats in the configurator, just material, colour and stitching. If so, I missed something.
