After hearing about the $10k + cost to replace the clutch I've stayed away from trying hard launches. I do find that well executed hard shifts (not launches) and aggressive heel-toe shifts can be done with zero clutch smell.

Are you sure about this? The KEF has very obviously different metal speaker grills and no tweeter fitted in the tweeter pod area. The base audio does have a tweeter up there, doesn't seem to be very loud though. I'd def love to find detailed specs on base stereo speakers so I can order...

Could you give more feedback on the Audison active sub? Is it overkill? At decent volume how does the car handle that much bass? Rattled all over? I’d imagine it pumps out bass you can feel?

You're probably right, all I mean is unmodified in track mode idle sounds decent but if you try to rev the engine while stopped it sounds like the valve is closed. With the valve controller it's for sure a little louder at idle and much louder when revving at a stop

Save yourself the time and money and do it all at once. I had the same thought you did and did 3rd cat first. Low RPM's and when parked it's still valves closed in any mode, I know idle is partially open but as soon as you touch the throttle it closes. I programmed valves open button and OEM...
