Yeah, I'm not convinced I've got a fully sealed cabin. I've had one door seal replaced already due to water ingress but I've not found any additional/obvious leaks yet. The last one i found whilst cleaning the car, water was on the passenger seat despite not opening any doors/windows. We've had...
that might be the case. I'm comparing it agains my bmw which is giving me heat before I've got to the end of the road, where as the emira I'm half way to work. I've started carrying a microfibre cloth in the car to demist the screen because I'd be sat there for 10-15 minutes if I waited for the...
A good five minutes or so. I'm going to have a proper look at it over the weekend and see how long it takes and how hot I can get it but I’m not convinced it’s not just heat from the engine I’m getting like you would if the ac was turned off and your just using the normal heating system
I'm not going to post this in the problems section as I dont know if it is a problem as such. I've noticed that my aircon/heating takes for every to start generating heat and when it does, it doesnt seem to get very hot.
I'm trying to gauge if this is 'normal' (for a Lotus) and I've just been...
My sun visor has always been a litte stiff in the movement but today something 'clicked' whilst moving it into position to block low winter sun. Now, it wont stay up in position either against the roof or if full extended against the windscreen. It just flops back down to the vertical position...
The company I work for have a warehouse in Shanghai, office in Fuzhou and another in Dubai. I could always get them shipped there and forwarded on lol. Either that or just find a need to pop over to China myself.
okay, I'm late to this party but I've gone through the full thread. Is there a list of whats available somewhere or website with prices or what?
I'm planning on throwing a good chunk of cash at my emira next year once the warranty has gone and I'm not going to run the risk of arguments with...
You could, but buy an emira FE and you have everything spec'd on the car. Spec a non-FE car and you're paying for every option. For example, a FE equivalent spec is now about £108k. A two year old FE is £65-75k. 30k is a big chunk of change.
With Lotus its easy to play the used market and get...
To be fair, in the UK, there is no reason to buy a new emira. You can get a used one for close to 40 or 50% off RRP, so why buy new? Doing this again, I'd be buying a two year old car and using some of the savings to change the bits I dont like.
