Unfortunately, when I placed my deposit (In Canada) the car was priced at about $50k less than it would now cost me for the same spec. I have since cancelled my order and received my deposit back. I may buy a used car at some point, but the appeal has seriously waned for me.

Under warranty, the dealer will not make any profit. Warranty allocated times are always less than retail and depending on the manufacturer, they might have to pay for labour themselves, while the manufacturer pays for parts. I don't know the deal with Lotus, but expect it to be something...

I was told it was the Touring suspension. It felt pretty compliant for me - I will be going for the sport suspension.
