Great tip! Ive had the seats out already for the soundproofing of the back wall and rear shelf. Process wasnt difficult. But this is good method to not have to completely remove the seat.

Yeah, im a little hesitant shipping my ECU across the Atlantic getting lost and/or risking tariffs on the return. Working on another solution here stateside… ;)

Well, Weistec replied to my email and said their tuned Cypher CPC module is not compatible with the Emira. But they did say that they will be working on testing and development on an unlocked ECU. They didnt say how they were going to unlock ECU whether bFlash or some other company.

Gotcha. Does the CPC have to be specifically linked and tuned to a specific VIN or can it be plug and play for any aftermarket tuned CPC for a 2019+ m139 MB engine? Like Weistec as well as PTG out of Burbank, CA seem to have a tuned CPC for the m139.

Has Boomgear not been able to tune the CPC yet? same issues like ECM with overcoming security write protocol?
