The breaks are unfortunate for sure. But, whether you drive it that way or not, the car should be able to hit its listed 0-60 time. It should also be able to hit that time (reliably) again and again.
This is what happens when our Lotus dealer is inside the Koenigsegg, Lamborghini, and Aston dealer 😅
But at the same time... we are in the Koenigsegg, Lamborghini, and Aston dealer and it's only $400. $1149 is insane
No. I have heard from my dealer that the base model configurator should be released around the September timeframe. Now with the news in another thread that base model V6s are now delayed until end of 2025 or 2026, that window may change.
As others have sort of said, you should have no need to look over your shoulder to see a car. Will take some adjusting to get out of the habit, but follow the procedure mentioned above and you should end up confident that you are not missing any visibility. Even though it currently feels like...
Do we think there are going to be more price hikes on the base? No way a mid-optioned base comes out over the FE, right?
I did hear from my dealer that they have heard from Lotus that you will be able to option a base all the way up to everything an FE has, but at that point it will be more...
I've been using the auto rev match on my Nismo 370Z for a few years. Turned it off to start practicing again for my Emira. Feels like I can't even drive a manual anymore :ROFLMAO:
I am sort of happy the Emira doesn't have the option. So I won't fall into the same trap.
I am going to pass on the user manual as I would like the US version, but will keep the service manual for my order.
Thanks again for doing this for the community.
It's pretty clear in the manual. Definitely were told bad info. Especially bad when on that same page it says "not following these things could void warranty"
