Which dealers have not accepted or re-routed their FE's?

I know of one that did not accept them and are currently at Lotus HQ in Michigan. Could be a space issue at the dealership, but interested to hear if ANY other dealership decided not to bring them to the store.

Lotus Philly hasn't received any cars.
They didn't even know cars were here until I asked my sales rep if he had any news on my car.
He said "Lotus doesn't tell us anything"

We need to clarify that this question is only for non-CARB states. We know that CARB states are not getting *ANY* cars until CARB approval is received.
