At least it won't be as much as servicing a Ferrari engine, I reckon.
I came across this recently with the engine out for servicing. Looking closer inside the engine bay it was designed well enough for it to be an easy enough job.

Unfortunately here in NZ we don't have a dedicated Lotus workshop,all work is done by McLaren which probably explains the higher costs.
