Hello FL members. I purchased my Emira a few months ago and knock on wood no problems to report. But thinking ahead, I am looking for feedback on the best service centers in the SW area for warranty work and routine service like oil changes. I am in the Sarasota area and the two closest dealers are Naples and Orlando. Does anyone have any recent experiences, good or bad, on the service at these dealers?

If I am missing any other service centers in the area, please let me know.

I had a good experience with Lotus of Orlando back in May. I live all the way in SoCal but I was in Florida a cross country road trip, and I had an unfortunate incident where my front grille got hit by tire blowout debris from a semi-truck on the freeway, driving from Jacksonville to Ft. Lauderdale.

Lotus of Orlando helped repair my front grille by bending it back into shape. They also helped me replace one of my tires through a separate tire protection plan I had. A few days prior to the grille incident, my rear right tire started losing air rapidly so I used my fix-a-flat kit and survived on that until I could get to the dealership to order the new tire.

They didn't have the tire immediately in stock during my first visit (which was their Cars & Coffee event), but it was an opportunity to explain my usual situation and schedule the service for my 2nd visit.

The tire ended up shipping from Georgia, and on my way back from Ft. Lauderdale, I got both things taken care of.

I don't remember the names of all the staff but they were all very kind and pleasant to talk to.

I'd definitely visit them again if I'm ever back in Florida.

Road debris on FL highways is far too common and scares the hell out of me. Sorry you had to deal with that. Good to hear the service was good in Orlando. Orlando and Naples are about the same distance from me, so hoping to hear more on them before I need to schedule service.

I bought my Emira from Orlando. I haven’t had it in for service there yet, but I used to take my previous car there all the time. Top notch IMO. Paulo is their sales manager, chatted with him all the time during the 3 yr wait for delivery. Always happy to help out. I had a couple shady interactions with Ft. Myers when looking to purchase and steered away, but that was their sales side. Never dealt with their service department.

Orlando sounding like the place. No Naples feedback? Surprised since they seem to sell a decent amount of Lotus vehicles.

I purchased my FE from Naples but haven't had any service performed yet (although I now have the friendly icon lit, reminding me of service due). I'm in Bradenton and I have family in Orlando, so judging from what I'm hearing here, I think Orlando may be my go-to. If so, I'll definitely do the no-interstate backroads route to enjoy the journey. It's about a hour longer drive but tenfold more enjoyable (just watch out for the notorious speed traps in a few of the small towns).

I’m in Sarasota. Have used both dealerships (fyi, no factory dealer in Ft. Myers-OP referring to Naples?) over 12 yr period with success-for service at Orlando, and for purchase and service at Naples. Being specific in which service is requested, I find both equally responsive, but helpful insistence from owner in getting what you want.
I do as much routine work as possible (e.g. fluid/filter etc) myself; but if not, would consider Elite Motorsports in Sarasota; no real reason for tripping~120 miles for simple jobs.

Does Orlando or Naples offer loaners? Are quality of loaners better at one over the other?

Just bought one from Orlando. I had a 2025 Vantage that replaced my ‘23. New one was so much wider my wife had to leave her CX90 outside. After 3 months my wife had enough of the rain and the other inconveniences that involves. Paulo took my Vantage in trade and got me into a V6 Emira. He was a complete professional to deal with and went overboard
to make me happy. Car was perfect when delivered.

No loaners in Orlando. The last time I took my car in for service I had them drop me off at deezerland and I watched a movie and toured the automotive museum
