I would like to think this is a positive thread that could benefit production if anyone at the factory is watching.
Maybe it will help improve quality for those down the line from us early owners.
I'll post photos when i get a second.
So far in the drivers footwell I found a tiny steel spring clip and a 13mm or so dia nylon washer with some tacky adhesive on one face.
When I took out the pax side mat there was a black coated 15mm long torx screw the type normally used with a spire clip or similar.
The threads show signs it has been screwed into something at some stage.
A sheet of white protective film is still on the back of the seats at the very base but that could have been left there on purpose. When I sold my Kia after nearly 4 years from new it still had the infotainment peel off protector on the screen 🤡
