Fortunately it seems all brake discs are in good condition


I have the twisted seat belts , and on the previous test drive i didnt notice the rattled gearbox at low speed but today yes, not an issue at all for me , I love the experience of driving the car

This is my build as well (except I got the alcantara steering wheel)... Harry's build with Sport Suspension.

Here in dubai is some type of regulation , my fj cruiser also do that and several cars I drive here

My Porsche does it at 80 mph or something like that, just haven't messed with shutting it off yet.

Once we have speed limiters in UK and Europe it’ll beep here too, then just a few years until it will stop you exceeding the speed limit.

Those look perfect! It's clear that your car either spent almost zero time outdoors, or they used a proper cosmoline coating on the brakes and suspension prior to transport.

Thanks for posting these photos! What a night-and-day difference in delivery condition, compared to some of the cars being delivered to UK and EU customers over the last few months.

My 2019 BMW 6 Series 640i xdrive had the same feature except you could use it or not. You could put in any speed you wanted and then it would beep at selected speed.

The early EU and UK cars sat outside in cold (sometimes freezing) and wet conditions for weeks. The Dubai cars went straight into an enclosed container and then shipped to a hot climate. Very little to do with prep by Lotus.

An enclosed container sounds awesome, I don't think that's been the case for EU deliveries has it? Nor can I imagine that containers would be involved in shipping hundreds of cars at once to the US, since other brands in the price range (Porsche) don't do that. I guess it remains to be seen.
