Merchandise in the Lotus online shop all appears to have gone up 10% as of beginning of January. Wonder what this means for car pricing?

I think it was 13-17% is the best logical guess for the Base models moving forward, the I4 price could be impacted as well. Only price not changing (knock on wood) is the v6 FE. Worlds on fire, prices are going up unfortunately. Good thing is, some things are stabalizing and even lower, such as lumber.

I’m on the fence with wearing car merch - I actually think if your driving a lotus or Porsche and wearing a branded shirt/jacket looks tacky - would never do it - neither would hank moody …. But I think it’s ok when just out for a walk or something low key or driving a different car brand. (Not match the shirt to the cr your driving that day... Trying way too hard IMO) Also the larger the logo the less likely I am to wear it at all.

Guys that wear Ferrari hats while driving a Ferrari = Not my style - guy wearing no branded clothing driving a Ferrari = cool.

Eh, I've been wearing a Ferrari jacket for years, but then again my middle name is literally Ferrari and I bought it while visiting the factory in Modena. Maybe I get a pass until I can actually afford one?

The only car-branded clothing I have is a pair of red Puma Ferrari sneakers with "Power" and "Brake" on the sole. I have not dared to wear these out in public. They were a gag gift from my wife, but a gift nonetheless, and I will treasure them like everything else my wife has given me.

Wear what you like. I have very few branded items of apparel and nothing official lotus yet but plan to get something on collection whilst at the factory.

I just need a Porsche jacket for the Emira and a Lotus one for the Taycan

If you get a classic lotus you must of course grow a beard and possibly partake in a 'bowl' of an evening

I have not lit my pipe in a long time and I shaved my monster beard off today....
