I know this isn't going to be for everyone as this style splitter (and their Aero accessories) has most people divided, but I just finished installing this over the weekend and wanted to share.
The carbon trim and canards are also from MONOTEK.

Please excuse any bubbles you see on the splitter, as I JUST freshly finished installing the PPF on it, still waiting for all the bubbles to dry up and popping any remaining.

I do have some install pics if anyone actually wants them, but I drilled an additional 5 holes on each side of the splitter, and used 4 OEM holes on each side of the bumper with M6 rivnuts and screws, the rest of the hardware is just reusing whatever OEM that was already on the car, and 1 strip of 3M VHB closer to the front to add some adhesion. No drilling required on the car's side at all, overall it's now secured by a total of 16 screws and bolts + VHB tape, it's not going anywhere. The OEM aero trim (infront of the wheel well on the newer vehicles) and the metal puck is retained and still fits just fine without modification.

Now the front sits pretty low, the car is dropped about 1" all around on GRP kit. Not a lot of people have these outside of CN it seems, I've only seen maybe one or two online (that's not from CN), and never seen them in person.

This front splitter looks so much better without a front plate!
Word of advice, don't get their ducktail spoiler.

I agree, it looks much better without the plate!
And note, but I'm not planning to get their ducktail anyway, not exactly my style on that one.

And don't get their Jubu style spoiler, they went cheap on the mounting bracket so it is just for show. So far I have only seen one manufacturer did it the right way just like Jubu did.

VERY MUCH noted, thanks for the info. As I was considering that style wing as one of my options (another option being Karbel wing, any comments on this one? my only issue on that one is uh... it's ALL tape??, SHOULD be ok but..... iono...)

And the one that's done right like Jubu, Im assuming it's the upcoming boomgear one :) ?

Depends if you are going for style or real functionality. For a real spoiler that can handle downforce I will definitely wait for the real copy of Jubu. Ryan should be able to get a sample next month and I will report if it is indeed worth it.

AFAIK, Karbel used Ryan's car as the donor and if you have seen a purple Emira with a full on Karbel kit on some car shows, that was Ryan's car. I didn't ask how he liked it but after the shows he took everything off. Instead Ryan uses Aeromos race version for his Nurburgring practice runs, so...

that... makes so much more sense... that purple did remind me of Ryan's car but before the livery graphics. If you get a chance can you ask Ryan how he liked (or dislike) the Karbel wing? I'm going to assume his answer is that he didn't like it due to it not being a actual functional wing and that it's tape mounted, but I would still like input from someone that actually had it.

Sure, I will ask him probably next week when I am due for an oil change.

Looks pretty good. Now you need side skirts, a rear diffuser and a rear wing:cool:
