I recently looked at a 488 with front end lift that allowed the car to drive with the front end raised to suit poor road conditions like speed bumps or driveways. This is something I have never looked into before but if it were an option for the Emira I would have considered it.
Does anyone know is this is possible as an aftermarket modification and would it have a negative effect on handling?

I know that Nitron Suspension offers a front axel lift system on their kits. I ordered the NTR R3 suspension kit with the Front Axel Lift for my Emira.

I’m in Nepal at the moment and the internet is so slow their site wouldn’t load.
Great to know there is a solution which I’m going to explore.

This is the first I have heard about front axle lift on the Emira. Does the lift system compromise/limit the front suspension in any way?

I’d be reluctant to lower my car much as I park in a basement and much lower than now, and a few places would be difficult to navigate, but if there’s front axle lift….

The options for the Lotus Emira is not yet posted on their website but if you email them with the type of setup your looking for, they usually respond quickly.

It appears they can build a shock to incorporate a lift kit but you need to have it. This could be really expensive if we need to buy for example a 911 lift kit for Nitron to work on.

KW also has the option of mounting the KW V5 suspension (the brand's top-of-the-range) + the KW HLS system (it's the lift kit)

I thought I read somewhere that the KW lift kit isn’t compatible with the KW suspension for the Emira (but I may be completely mistaken).

Have you confirmed that their HLS system is available on the Emira?

Yes, the installer near my house has been confirmed by KW that it is compatible with the Emira

I'm in Chicago which LOVES its speed bumps.....all shapes and sizes, some like small freaking mountains. I have yet to encounter a single speedbump that my Emira couldn't handle effortlessly. Screw the lift and save the money for some fun toys for your car!
