Looks cool! Especially the carbon front fender vents. Finally getting the carbon rear diffuser and possibly titanium exhaust finishers? Let's see if it'll be offered with both engines and how much it costs.. Guess we'll have to wait for Tuesday!

I don't suppose the extra 20bhp and a few CF pieces will make any meaningful difference to the performance numbers.

But it looks great and I love they've finally brought a new model out in the V6 series.

We'll see.. The teaser shows the i4. I'm hopeful both powertrains and multiple transmission options will remain options.

Supposedly 70lbs+ reduction, upgraded cooling, better aero (via splitter and spoiler) upgraded dampers (ohlins), so that could be decently meaningful

Ok I am taking delivery of my V6 SE on wednesday 27th.

If the 420 Sport is available with the V6 manual I will probably reject my car and make a new order. How is it with lotus, are they releasing prices with the presentation of new models?

The vid shows clearly i4 but sound is more like V6…?

I am on pins and needles here🤦‍♂️

Love Tangelo Orange. To my ear it sounds like a jazzed up 4 pot, not a V6

Dealers have all the specs and pricing right now but under NDA until Tuesday.

Didn't they already show this last month? Must have been by accident. It was actually on their web site and then disappeared. I4 with a sunroof. I think Lotus is going to discover the same thing Nissan did with the Nismo Z. It needs a manual for people to care. Especially when 85% of current buyers opt for the manual.

Been an Emira owner for a few months and regularly check the forums but finally commenting to say that i've always felt the car would look more aesthetically 'balanced' with front fender vents if done 'tastefully'...very curious to see how these actually look, i'm not super big on carbon fiber everything though....

85%? Are you just counting V6 sales? With the I4 sales I think it’s closer to 70%. Still, your point is made and I agree.

Looks very interesting, and great to see Lotus developing the Emira at last, especially as the entire future of the Hethel plant was looking precarious not that long ago. But if it ain't got buckets instead of the standard over stuffed armchairs I'm going to be disappointed :)

I4 only, same goes for all future higher powered variants until the new hybrid engines are phased in. TBF the AMG engine is better suited, just look at the Bathurst edition for the Oz market.

Sounded good if it really was an i4, wonder if they've made some improvements there

Bet it will be 100k plus though which puts me off a bit
